This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the Anna AI receptionist service and related services provided by Haroon Mirza (ABN 93 736 861 941) trading as Zaynetiq. It forms part of the customer Agreement, applies to the Customer and anyone the Customer allows to use or configure the Service, and capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
You must use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Australian Consumer Law, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth), surveillance devices and listening devices legislation of the relevant states and territories, and telecommunications laws.
You must not use, or attempt to use, the Service to:
The Service is designed for receptionist and administrative tasks. You must not deploy it, without our prior written approval and appropriate safeguards, for uses where an error could reasonably cause serious harm — including medical triage or diagnosis, emergency dispatch, crisis counselling, or decisions with legal effect on individuals.
Plan allowances are intended for the ordinary receptionist needs of a single business. We may apply reasonable technical limits, and treat as excessive any usage pattern that materially exceeds ordinary use for your Plan (for example, automated or artificial call generation, or sharing one subscription across multiple unrelated businesses). Where usage is excessive, we will contact you to discuss the right Plan before taking any action, except where immediate action is needed to protect the Service or other customers.
You are responsible for your End Users' experience of Anna on your behalf, including: keeping your configuration accurate; ensuring the required AI disclosure remains enabled; maintaining a privacy policy that covers information Anna collects for you; honouring opt-outs and unsubscribe requests promptly; and reviewing bookings and commitments Anna records.
If we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached, we may: ask you to remedy the breach; remove or disable offending content or configurations; suspend the Service; or terminate the Agreement for material breach in accordance with the Terms of Service. Where practicable we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy before suspending, except where urgent action is required by law or to prevent harm, fraud, or risk to the Service or any person.
We may report unlawful activity to relevant authorities. To report a suspected breach of this AUP, contact [email protected].
